Hand made Water Proof Dog training Lead 16mm diameter, available in various lengths. 
Item has a snap hook on each end, 3 fixed d-rings and one floating. Fixed D-Rings positioned 1 at the end, 1 at a handle position and and one in the middle. 
This waterproof webbing is PVC/TPU-coated. It is much more durable than common polypropylene webbing. It is abrasion-resistant, 100% water and bacteria-resistant, and does not stretch.
